Delivery Details:

At Livi George we believe the price you see is the price you pay so all our deliveries are FREE. However we are unable to offer this service on selected mirrors due to the fragile nature of these goods, these require specialist handling and incure a delivery charge. 

Delivery times are usually 1-3 weeks for all in stock items; however, some out of stock items can take longer. If this is the case we will endeavour to give you a realistic time of dispatch and keep you informed.

All our products are checked and carefully packaged to avoid damage during transit. Large heavy items are delivered by Livi George or an independent third party.

Smaller items are sent via Parcel Force and should be received within 48hrs of dispatch.

Due to the delicate nature of all chandeliers, occasionally a crystal may come loose or damaged during transit. To avoid the need to return and exchange the item, in most cases there are a number of spare crystals packaged within the box. Should you require any additional crystals please contact Livi George.

If you receive a damaged package, make sure you sign for it as ‘damaged package’ or something similar, so as to warn the carrier that a claim may be forthcoming.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you must contact Livi George within 48hrs of receipt of goods.

Return Details:

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you must contact us within 48hrs of receipt of goods, and return them to us in their original condition and packaging within 21 days. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or at our discretion a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition and in the original packaging.

All claims for damaged goods must be made within 48hrs of receipt.

Livi George will not accept liability for any damage caused due to the incorrect hanging of mirrors.

All chandeliers are provided with full fitting instructions, please read these carefully before carrying out installation by a qualified person. Livi George will not be liable for any damage caused due to incorrect assembly or installation.

Livi George will not accept returns on chandeliers and mirrors which have been amended or adjusted in any way.
